Q: Where exactly is your main office located?

A: McAllen, Texas.

Q: How long does a case usually take?

A: That depends on the type of case (see our list of services).

Q: Do you investigate in other states besides Texas?

A: Yes.

Q: Do you perform surveillance inside of  Mexico?

A: No, our sister company handles that.

Q: Will I save money by providing as much information as possible?

A: Yes, the more information you can provide, the more you save.

Q: Are you guys discreet?

A: We are in fact very discreet, and no one will ever know they are being investigated without our client's consent.

Q: Can I use a relative or friend to investigate or videotape my spouse instead of your agency?

A: No, any evidence collected in that manner will be dismissed in a court of law, and your friend or relative will be charged with a class B felony for performing the job of a Private Investigator without a license.

Q: What is your success rate per case?

A: 99% thus far, and if we cannot resolve your case, we will get you some one who can.

Q: How do you charge for your services?

A: In cases where surveillance and days of work are required, we charge the client $55 an hour within Hidalgo county; $65 an hour in the neighboring counties, and $75.00 anywhere else including Mexico.  The retainer is estimated on the amount of information provided to us by the client.  We charge small, one-time fees for simple things like tracing a telephone number or running a background check. We take credit card payments through paypal (Visa/MasterCard), money order, and checks (mail to our PO Box).  In some cases where time is a factor and credit cards are not an option we will go ahead and take Western Union or MoneyGram.

Q: Do you have lower rates?

A: Yes, we have a lower, weekly rate for ongoing cases (at least 3 weeks in length).  We also have a  lower, hourly rate for insurance companies, attorneys, and other Private detectives.

Q: Will your agency help me find a person that I wish to get even with or cause harm to?

A: No, We are licensed by the Texas Department of Public Safety, and therefore refuse to help people find others who they might want to cause physical or bodily harm to. For example, meeting your spouse's lover for a violent confrontation, or wishing to know the whereabouts of a minor for a sexual encounter.
